Massage Style Bodywork
Very similar to massage, Tiana uses hands on techniques to relieve muscle tension, soreness and pain. For an additional price she can combine Reiki in her bodywork as well.
Known as Universal Life-Force, Reiki is done through healing touch, hovering hands over the body and distant (not needing to be in-person). Reiki helps in relieving stress, sleeping issues, pain, emotional relief and much more.
