First Moon Circle Ceremony

We are excited to announce a special new program designed to support young girls as they embark on a significant journey in their lives: their first period. Our First Moon Circles are a beautiful and empowering alternative to traditional period education featuring craft, conversations and a special parent-daughter celebration that educate children to thrive during puberty and the rite of passage of their first period.  Whether she has already received or has yet to receive her first moon, this circle welcomes her.

What to Expect:

In our Moon Circle Ceremonies, girls & parents will:

- Learn About Their Bodies: Understand the menstrual cycle and the changes happening within their bodies.

- Navigate Emotional Changes: Gain insights into the emotional and mental aspects of menstruation and how to manage them.

- Explore Cultural Perspectives: Discover the diverse cultural and spiritual views on menstruation, highlighting its natural and empowering aspects.
