Rad Girls Circles

A bi-weekly support groupd designed for tween and teen girls to connect, share, and grow together.  In this safe and empowering space, girls can openly discuss the topics that matter most to them, and from friendships and school pressures, to body image, mental health, and self-love.

Each session will focus on creating meaningful conversations, offering support, and learning from one another.  Topics may include:

-Building confidence and self-esteem

-Navigating friendships and relationships

-Managing stress and anxiety

-Body positivity and self-acceptance
