Rad Roots
I'm Tiana Baumsteiger, the heart behind Love Is Rad llc. With my sidekicker Sandler, a retired Guide Dog for the Blind turned camp counselor, I've built a space for kids, adults and families to grow in self-love, connection, and belonging. What started as a calling became a movement - and these are the roots it grew from.
Rad Story
Love Is Rad began as a simple dream: to bring more love to the world and create a safe, empowering space where girls could discover self-love, confidence, and connection. That dream became Rad Girls Rising, a summer camp where girls laugh, learn, and grow stronger together. What I witnessed there was so powerful, it showed me this work needed to reach even further.
Soon after, Rad Boys Revolution was born - because our boys also need spaces that call them into courage, kindness, and authenticity. From there came Rad Parenting, supporting moms and dads who are navigation the twists and turns of raising tweens and teens. And now, the vision has expanded again into Rad Families: a place where we bring everyone together, healing and growing as a whole system, not as individuals.
Love Is Rad has grown from a spak into a movement. At its heart, it's about unity through community - empowering kids, parents, and families to rise together!
