Refund Policy

Love Is Rad LLC | Effective Date: April 2026

At LOVE IS RAD, every offering is prepared with intention, care, and significant behind-the-scenes investment. This policy is designed to be clear and transparent so families can make informed decisions before registering or booking.

Please read this policy in full before completing any purchase or registration.

Summer Camps

Camp registration is non-refundable.

Because camp spaces are intentionally limited and held for your child upon registration, payments cannot be returned once a spot is secured.

Transfers

If your child in unable to attend their registered camp week, you may request a transfer to a different available camp week within the same summer season, subject to availability. Transfers are not guaranteed and must be requested as early as possible.

Camp Cancellation by LOVE IS RAD

In the rare event that a camp session is cancelled by LOVE IS RAD, registered families will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another available week.

Missed Days

Individual missed days are not refundable or prorated. Because our camps are immersive group experiences, each day is part of a connected whole.

1:1 Coaching (Youth, Parent & Family)

Coaching Sessions are non-refundable

Once a coaching package or session is purchased, it is non-refundable. unused sessions do not expire and may be used at a future date.

Rescheduling

Life happens, and we want to support you in staying consistent with your work. Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be considered a used session and cannot be recovered.

To reschedule a session, text Tiana directly or email tiana@loveisrad.org at least 24 hours before your schedule time.

Events & Groups

LOVE IS RAD events are thoughtfully designed experiences that include personalized materials - such as journals, shirts, and curated forms - prepared specially for each registered attendee. Because of this, refunds are limited.

Refunds

A 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the event date. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the event.

Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person at no additional charge, within 1 week before the event date. Please notify us of the name change at tiana@loveisrad.org before the event date.

Event Cancellation by Love Is Rad

In the event that LOVE IS RAD cancels an event, registered attendees will receive a full refund.

GENERAL POLICY NOTES

All purchases - camps, coaching, and events - are considered final at the time of registration or payment.
LOVE IS RAD does not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction, schedule conflicts, or changes in personal circumstance outside of the terms listed above.
This policy applies to all offerings facilitated by LOVE IS RAD LLC unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase.
LOVE IS RAD reserves the right to update this policy. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
