What Is Rad Girls Rising?
Rad Girls Rising are transformational empowerment programs for girls ages 7 - 17. We offer summer camps, seasonal circles, weekly movement series, and one-on-one coaching to support girls in becoming confident, kind, and self-aware.
Whether your daughter joins us for a week of sisterhood in the summer or a weekly yoga circle in the fall or spring, she will leave feeling seen, heard, and deeply loved.
What We Do
Summer Camps (ages 9-12)
Mindfulness, creativity, emotional growth, and sisterhood woven into each day. Includes art, games, journaling, nature exploring and daily circles.
Tween Yoga Circle (ages 9-13)
An 8-week seasonal series blending gentle movement, emotional education, peer connection and journaling.

1:1 Youth Coaching (Ages 6-17)
Private sessions at our Love Is Rad Studio in San Rafael, CA. Each girl receives a custom roadmap to thrive - building confidence, boundaries, emotional awareness, and tools for life.
