What Tween Yoga Is...

Tween Yoga is a developmentally appropriate yoga practice designed specifically for girls in their tween years. Classes blend mindful movement, breath awareness, and moments of reflection to support both physical confidence and emotional regulation.

This practice invites girls to:

  • Connect with their bodies in a respectful way

  • Build strength, balance, and flexibility

  • Learn simple tools for calming big feelings

  • Develop confidence through embodied experience

Tween Yoga is not about perfect poses. It's about presence, awareness, and self-trust.

Who Tween Yoga Is For?
