About the event
Parenting is one of the most connecting things we do, and somehow one of the loneliest.
You can be doing everything right and still feel unseen. Still feel like you're running on empty. Still wonder when you last felt like yourself, not just someone's mom or dad.
This is a room for that.
Summer Sessions is a free, live gathering on Google Meet - a place to take the mask off, journal a little, talk honestly, and remember you were never meant to do this alone. No performance. No "good parent" checklist. Just real conversation with other parents and with me.
This is also a taste of the weekly empowerment group launching September 10th. A chance to feel the room before the doors officially open.
