Founder, Tiana Baumsteiger comes to your home for these sessions. She meets with both the parents and the child in need to gather more information so she can then create a custom 8-week program designed specifically for what your daughter needs. Whether your daughter is navigating big emotions, friendships, confidence challenges, body changes, or self-expression, each session in rooted in compassion, creativity, and empowerment. Through art, movement, reflective games, guided conversation, and mindfulness practices, Tiana helps girls reconnect with their inner voice, build self-love, and feel confident in who they are. Parents are lovingly included in the journey too -- with supportive tools and insight that create harmony, clarity, and growth for the whole family. This is more than coaching -- it's rising.
