Parenting isn't easy -- but you don't have to do it alone. Tiana offers compassionate, one-on-one coaching designed to support you as you navigate the beautiful (and sometimes messy) journey of raising empowered, emotionally aware children. In these in-home OR virtual sessions, Tiana works directly with you to identify what's currently feeling hard -- whether it's setting boundaries, handling meltdowns, building connection, navigating transitions, or finding balance in your own self-care. Together, you'll create an 8-week program plan tailored to your family's needs, values and rythms. With tools that are practical, heart-centered, and immediately useful, this coaching experience will help you feel more confident, more connected, and more at peace in your parenting. You'll leave each session with actionable insights and the support of someone who truly sees you. Rad Parenting isn't about being perfect. It's about being present. Let's grow together!
